WHAT DOES NAIL SALON REVIEWS IN LAS VEGAS MEAN?

I relished the experience, I used to be taken care of effectively & my arms with treatment. Having said that when it came to nail art (I booked very simple for 2 nails), I was told via the nail tech that she doesn’t do nail art. A bit odd and disappointing, so this should be checked.
